Newman Surveying was founded by David Newman. David has always had an interest in surveying and property having grown up with a family business in this field. David Newman (BSc Hons) studied Building Surveying at Leeds Metropolitan University from which he graduated in 2012. Following university David became more involved in becoming a land surveying specialist and moved to Sydney, Australia to work on civil surveying projects which included a new train lines and roads on the outskirts of the city. During his time there he became familiar with collecting large amounts of on-site data with the latest technology and processing this data to prepare comprehensive reports and drawings.

After moving back to England an opportunity arose to further expand his skill set in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Here he specialised in Land Registry compliant plans, topographical surveys and measured building surveys working with clients throughout London, Kent and Sussex. After moving back to his childhood region, David now works with a diverse client base throughout Lincolnshire, Yorkshire & Nottinghamshire offering a complete service, from initial contact through to survey and delivery of the finished documentation. With many years spent in the surveying industry and client facing roles, you are in safe hands with Newman Surveying.
