Our lease plans
A lease plan will show both the internal layout of the property and the location of the property. Our surveyors will come and measure the properties to RICS guidelines. Our team create accurate, Land Registry-compliant drawings for property leases, typically required for registering new leases, extensions or sales.

Why you might need a lease plan
There are several reasons you may need a lease plan. If you are selling your property with a new lease or extending a current lease, the Land Registry will need an up-to-date plan that complies with their guidelines.
A lease plan may also be needed or a commercial property, be it a shop or a warehouse. We will do a full survey of the area including any car parks or bin stores and produce the necessary compliant plans.
A site visit is normally required to measure the extents of the property. Following this we can prepare scaled plans with the correct colouring and to Land Registry requirements.
